Once we had the code design down, the next step was for me to design the UI/UX for the app. Each time a marker was scanned, it could display up to three CTA buttons.

While the app was free for anyone to download, if you wanted to be able to create your own XR markers to be scanned, you had to register with NEXREF and choose a plan.

Unfortunately, the app is no longer available but being a part of this start-up provided me with an invaluable experience as far as creating UI/UX from scratch. And a valuable lesson – never work for a start-up company on percentage alone.
