L&P Marketing was hired to help rebrand Woodson's Reserve, a master planned community located near Houston in Spring, Texas.
The original branding used dark tones (greens and browns), and the designs felt stale. There was nothing to reflect the overall vibrancy of the community. They hired me to redesign the brand and design magazine ads, flyers, and more.
Turquoise and a sunny shade of yellow were added into the color palette and brown was removed.
The community's amenities and location near nature became the focus. More photography was added along with new verbiage emphasizing that potential home owners could have it all–both modern living and nature.
This has served to differentiate Woodson's Reserve from their competition.
